Can I change my order once my order has been placed?

Unfortunately in this case once the order has been placed, the order may not be changed. 

My jewelry was damaged when I received it.

All jewelry is inspected and in new condition before it is shipped out. I do not repair/replace broken or damaged items. You must file a claim with your local post office if this happens after shipment. 

How long is shipping?

Orders are shipped twice a week on Mondays & Fridays  through USPS and should be delivered 2-4 days excluding holidays depending on your mail carrier in you area. If your order is placed on the weekend please allow the next business day for your order to ship.
