Can I change my order once my order has been placed?

Unfortunately in this case once the order has been placed, the order may not be changed. 

My jewelry was damaged when I received it.

All jewelry is inspected and in new condition before it is shipped out. I do not repair/replace broken or damaged items. You must file a claim with your local post office if this happens after shipment. 

How long is shipping?

Orders that are placed during the week excluding holidays or unforeseen weather conditions will shipped on Mondays Thursdays & some Saturdays through USPS and should be delivered 2-4 days excluding holidays depending on your mail carrier in you area. If your order is placed on the weekend please allow the next business day for your order to ship.
